About Rozalin
I have a strong academic background in science and studied chemistry as part of my university science studies at Lund University, alongside biology, mathematics and other scientific subjects.
I also have previous professional experience as a tutor and academic mentor, working with students in mathematics and science. One of the things I enjoy most about tutoring chemistry is taking something that initially looks complicated and finding a simpler way to explain it.
I’m patient and approachable, and I’m happy to go through something multiple times or explain it in a completely different way until it clicks. My aim is for students to leave the lesson understanding the reasoning behind the answer, rather than just knowing which formula to use.

Chemistry can feel overwhelming when formulas, calculations and concepts are taught separately without showing how they connect. In my lessons, I focus on making those connections clear and working through problems step by step until the method actually makes sense.
We can cover anything from chemical reactions and equations to calculations, atomic structure and other topics from your course. I can also help with homework, upcoming tests and exam preparation. We’ll spend extra time on the areas you struggle with and use practice questions to make sure you can apply what you’ve learned on your own.
