With a Master’s degree in Chemistry, a Bachelor of Education in Physical Science, and professional teaching experience across secondary and senior secondary levels, I am eager to contribute to a dynamic learning environment that promotes academic excellence, global perspectives, and student-centered education.
Currently, I serve as a Chemistry Faculty at Narayana Educational Institutions, where I design and deliver engaging lessons focused on conceptual understanding, inquiry-based learning, and examination readiness. My teaching emphasizes connecting chemical principles to real-life applications, encouraging critical thinking, collaboration, and scientific curiosity among students.
Previously, I worked as Academic Dean and Faculty & Academic Coordinator at Sri Chaitanya Techno School, Salem. This leadership role strengthened my skills in curriculum planning, data-driven academic improvement, teacher collaboration, and effective communication with parents and stakeholders. I also gained valuable experience mentoring students and supporting institutional academic goals.
My internship experience at Micro Lab Pharmaceutical provided practical exposure to laboratory quality control processes and analytical instruments, enabling me to integrate industry-based examples into classroom instruction and enhance experiential learning.
I am committed to incorporating modern pedagogical practices, technology integration, differentiated instruction, and continuous assessment strategies aligned with international education standards. As an Olympiad In-charge, I have successfully guided students in competitive examinations, fostering confidence and higher-order thinking skills.
