Nicole goes above and beyond to explain the trickier concepts in the newer chemistry GCSEs. They're much tougher now than they used to be, and she adapts her teaching o specifically to exam board specifications so the information she teaches is as appropriate and necessary as possible.
Nicole tracks progress with regular tests (nobody likes them but she makes them as engaging as possible by working through solutions and explaining how you arrived at a mistake) and works with school teachers to identify the areas where the most help can be given.
