Have 1 year of research experience from esteemed CSIR INDIA labs (CSIR-CCMB & CSIR-NCL) Previously worked in Army Public School, Devlali (Nashik, Maharashtra). Previously teaching to NEET/JEE aspirants. Currently working in Grizzly Vidyalaya, Koderma (Jharkhand).

I have simple approach towards any topic:- I always draw connection between that particular topic (in chemistry) and surrounding environment. In this way it's easy to hold their (student's) attention towards the topic and eventually they develop interest. It's vital to develop a student's interest in the topic, rest all follows. Teachers are always to facilitate study and that's what i believe in.
