About Bader

I am Najoua Bader, a dedicated and highly qualified tutor with a strong academic background and extensive teaching experience in chemistry, chemical engineering, and related fields. I hold a PhD in Chemical Engineering and have worked both in higher education and in industry, which allows me to explain complex concepts with clarity, structure, and real-world relevance. About the lesson

As a tutor, my approach is structured, student-centered, and focused on building both understanding and confidence. I believe that complex scientific concepts become accessible when they are explained clearly, step by step, and connected to real-world applications. My goal is not only to help students succeed academically, but also to help them think critically and independently.

My teaching methodology combines clear explanations, guided problem-solving, and active student participation. I start by assessing the student’s level, learning style, and specific difficulties. Lessons are interactive and adapted in real time, ensuring that the student fully understands each concept before moving forward.

What sets me apart as a tutor is my strong academic background combined with real industrial and teaching experience. I hold a PhD in Chemical Engineering and have taught at university level, worked as a process engineer, and mentored students across multiple disciplines.
