About Joshua
Hi, I’m Josh, a Chemical Engineering student at the University of Edinburgh with a passion for maths, science, and helping others learn. Throughout my degree I have developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and I enjoy breaking complex topics down into simple, understandable steps. I know firsthand that confidence can make a huge difference in academic success, so I aim to create a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their understanding. Whether you’re preparing for exams or looking to strengthen your foundations, I’m here to help you achieve your goals.

I am a Chemical Engineering student at the University of Edinburgh with a strong background in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and problem-solving. My lessons focus on building understanding rather than memorisation, helping students gain confidence and improve their exam performance. I tailor each lesson to the student’s needs, whether they are preparing for GCSEs, A-Levels, or looking for extra support with challenging topics. My goal is to create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills.
