About Leo
Brief description about myself. My name is Leo and my journey started as a programs officer worked my way up to programs manager and shifted from market research to applications in which I lead a team of fundraisers representing top tier charities including Plan International ,Canadian cancer society,and Drs.Without Borders my experience entails operational management strategy and development,Sales and marketing. An entrepreneur at heart it's all about finding new ways to innovate. My assumption for this role would be to lead through structure and creativity by capitalizing on teams strengths and working on weaknesses creating efficieny standards through KPIs and algorithms to increase overall functionality, easing the decision making processes (analytics) and on time customer service and quality. Its also about reflecting on what we can do to create content that can help you succeed on your path to success by creating unique customized curriculums that targets class weaknesses and its implications on future results therefore understanding the reversible cause and effect mechanism that can generate enhanced results.
