About Edu

My name is Edu Losilla,
I am from Barcelona although I have been traveling around Europe for years.
Cooking is my job and my lifelong hobby and I like the energy that is generated by cooking in a fun way and even more so if it is teaching or learning something new.

About the lesson

Perfect! Edu is a very amazing, knowledgeable person with a helpful and friendly character. I learnt alot about the majorcan spanish food. He is a profession chef with a very good discipline. Very punctual and in his favour he speaks fluent English which helped alot. I highly recommend him.

Disappointing! Although Edu is talented in the kitchen, my overall experience was disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, and I didn’t feel that the level of professionalism met my expectations. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend him based on my experience.

Edu es un apasionado de la cocina, ya hemos hecho varias cosas con el y nos ha encantado, siempre que podemos repetimos. Entre otras cosas nos hizo una cata de raclette con quesos suizos y su maridaje con vinos, nos enseñó también a sacar el máximo provecho a algunas recetas veganas, también nos enseñó a darle un toque de alta cocina a platos tradicionales, y aunque cocina realmente bien, lo mejor es el buen ambiente que genera con su humor, carácter y pasión por la cocina.
Muy recomendable tanto si quieres aprender, como si quieres disfrutar de una comida cinco estrellas.
