About Noah
Here is a simple backstory about me. I have been working in the culinary world since 2013, with my most notable achievements being a graduate from the Pennsylvania College of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Arts and Systems, having the opportunity to work at the Kentucky Derby, and the amazing honor of working as a chef at the Pennsylvania farm show in 2020. Since my graduation in 2021, I have worked as a chef at a small german restaurant and as a banquet cook at one of the largest hotel companies in the state of Pennsylvania

As with any course, we start simple and work our way up, from making sauces, gravies, stews, soups, and dressings, to working on knife skills, where I'll teach you how to dice, slice, and break down poultry, vegetables, and fruits. This course is for those who have a difficult time in their consumer sciences courses in high school, college, or just want to impress someone special in your life. I will have you a novice cook in less that 20 hours of cooking time, as I do not waste your time. I apply real world knowledge to your home kitchen or class, and I have been doing this for 10 years, so you can count on me!
