About Paras

Mr. Paras Jasani, a Chartered Accountant qualified in 2008 from ICAI and a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute, USA, completed his graduation in Commerce in the year 2006.

He has over 10 years of experience in field of accounts, finance, tax, Merger and acquisition.

He started his career with TATA Motors Finance where he has worked on extensively in area of securitization and Non Performing Assets (NPA) analysis and resolution.

Post this he worked extensively with Sahara Group during which he has undertaken various acquisition ranging from Grosvenor House, London, Plaza and Dreams Hotel in New York. He was further involved in various other Merger and demerger including that of Aamby Valley.

After this enriching experience, he has worked with Ernst & Young (EY) in Merger and Acquisition advisory, where he was involved in marquee transaction like acquisition of ING Vysya Bank by Kotak Mahindra Bank and Orix Corporation, Japan’s acquisition of IL&FS renewable assets .
