About Jason

Portfolio Manager with over 15 years of industry experience covering multi-asset portfolios of retail and institutional clients - Insurance, Unions, High Net Worth Clients; and most recently Canadian Municipalities. I am a CFA Charterholder, a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) and a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM). I am here to help you succeed in your learning journey and to guide you through the challenging, and rewarding field of finance. My approach is tailored to you and your goals.

About the lesson

I am accessible online, or face-to-face (Simcoe County).

I teach students, junior professionals, and those with a general curiosity for all things finance.

If you are a college or university student studying business or finance, or pursuing professional accreditation in finance (such as CFA, CIM, CSC) I can help. CSI courses offered - CSC, IFC, PMT, IMT, WME.

Areas of specialty: Finance, Investment Analysis, Portfolio Management, Business & Management, Corporate Finance,

Lessons are fully adaptable to each student's level of understanding and unique goals.

Lessons combine an overview of the topic area's key concepts to gain a solid foundation, followed by detailed instruction to bridge any knowledge gaps you may have; and finally assessing your level of understanding using real practice questions and examples.

With over 15 years in the investment profession I can also provide career coaching, mentorship, and resume/interview prep to those aspiring for a career in finance.

He demonstrated simpler ways to solve and calculate problems that i could use in real world situations. In addition to a great tutor, he is very friendly and kind.
