About Charanya
About Me
Namaste! I am a passionate Yoga Instructor from Bangalore with over 8 years of experience in teaching and practicing yoga. I completed my Yoga Instructor Course (YIC) from S-VYASA and am currently pursuing my M.Sc. in Yoga to deepen my understanding of yogic science and therapeutic applications.
Throughout my teaching journey, I have worked closely with individuals of different age groups and health conditions through personalized one-on-one and group sessions. I have helped many students improve their quality of life by incorporating yoga practices that support the management of lifestyle-related conditions such as stress, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, back pain, PCOD, sleep disturbances, and other health concerns.
My approach goes beyond teaching postures—I focus on understanding each student's unique needs and guiding them toward sustainable physical, mental, and emotional well-being through yoga, pranayama, meditation, and yogic lifestyle practices.
I believe that true healing begins when we create harmony between the body and mind. My mission is to make authentic yoga accessible to everyone and empower people to take charge of their health naturally.
