About Aleksandra
I am a certified (YTT 200) yoga teacher belonging to the international institution Yoga Alliance. I obtained education in India from some of the most renowned teachers (Hatha and Ashtang Vinyas). My classes are a combination of relaxation, meditation and calmness with demanding asanas and physical effort on a level tailored to the group / client. It offers a delightful and peaceful atmosphere, safety and professionalism. I work with children, adults and athletes - all who seek health, serenity, regeneration of the body and mind, muscle flexibility and a healthy spine.

I base my teaching on Eastern philosophy, anatomy and biochemistry of the human body. Yoga, which combines elements of physicality (assanas, positions), proper breathing restoring energy, balance as well as relaxation and calming methods such as yoga nidra or meditation. My specialization is Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. My classes are chosen with caution to adress the level and requirements of the client, with the possibility of choosing the right learning path.
