About Jesha
I am Jesha Soni. Originally I studied to be a chemical engineer. I recieved my yoga teacher training from one of the most reputed schools of India, Exhale Yoga School. I'd be happy to give a demo class.
The real definition of Yog is one's union to one's true happiness.
My motto is to spread the original form and knowledge of Yog along with it's scientific benefits straight from the scriptures. I wish that the true form of yoga reaches as many people as possible.

The only aim of my class is to use my knowledge in yog for the well being of my students. Yoga helps immensely in maintaining a good mental and physical health.
All my classes are specially customized according to my students needs and their goals from yog.
I also give dietary and lifestyle advice combined with regular yog classes.
I am open to classes in the morning as well.
