About Karishma
"I am a dedicated Yoga professional with a deep academic and practical background. I hold a B.A. degree from Bundelkhand University (2022) and have spent over a year and a half training at the prestigious Patanjali Wellness under the guidance of Swami Ramdev Ji.
My journey continued in Rishikesh, where I worked and trained at Hatha Yoga Ashram, gaining expertise in traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. I am currently deepening my practice under the mentorship of Ravi Bisht Ji.
Being fluent in both Hindi and English, I can comfortably guide students from all over India and abroad. My approach is holistic—focusing not just on physical postures but on breathwork (Pranayama) and meditation to ensure mental well-being and stress relief for my students."
