About Bandana
My name is Bandana Samal, and I am a certified Yoga and Wellness Coach with professional training from SVYASA Yoga University, Bangalore.
I started Bandana Yoga & Wellness because I believe yoga is more than physical exercise—it is a way to build a healthier body, a calmer mind, and a more balanced life. My goal is to help people of all ages improve their flexibility, strength, posture, breathing, and confidence through safe, personalized, and scientifically informed yoga practices.
Every class is designed to create a welcoming environment where each individual can progress at their own pace, reduce stress, and develop lifelong habits for physical and mental well-being. My mission is to inspire healthier, happier lives by sharing the timeless benefits of yoga with my community.
