About Monta
As an aspiring educator, it seems like a never-ending journey gaining knowledge and experience that assist in my personal and professional development. These developmental categories are critical in my role as an instructor. Without it, I will be incapable of helping my students. I love the process of self-improving and using it to help others unlock their hidden potential. We are all on an educational adventure. "Inspire & Create" is what I want to embody as an instructor. I want to create an energy that excites students to be in my presence, ready to better themselves. I want my commitment in my role to inspire in hopes that my knowledge, lessons, and mentality equips learners in taking on all challenges life presents them, in and out of the classroom.
