My name is Heather and I teach English as a second language and English as a foreign language. I'm certified in teaching both and have a background in tutoring. I'm also from a family of immigrants so I understand the struggle to learn English, though I myself am a native speaker.

I use a communicative based method in language teaching so that you are not just memorizing words but actually communicating and interacting. It's about understanding not just memorization.
