About Marieke

I am a professional coach and launched my business, the co-creation club (CCC), in 2022. In addition, I am a learning consultant at BPI - Business Performance Institute with 3+ years corporate experience working with leaders and teams at various organisational levels in health care and the pharmaceutical industry.

My academic background is in psychology and social sciences, and I continue to leverage this knowledge in my work and interactions with others.

Marieke as your coach:

art of coaching to partner with you in reaching your goals

- She doesn't just listen, but hears you and holds the space for you to consciously work through what's holding you back

About the lesson

We are all different and so what we are looking for in coaching will vary significantly.

I offer individual one-off coaching sessions or multiple session journeys in both Dutch or English, tailored to suit your circumstances and give you a helping hand when you need it most.

I offer a 45' free discovery call to demonstrate the impact of coaching and see if there is a match. In this discovery call we will:
- Explore what coaching is and what it isn’t
- Learn how coaching can help you make the changes that you want to see in your life
- Experience a coaching demonstration
- Discuss the coaching process

If you are convinced by the power of coaching, you can decide to continue coaching with me and choose a paid one-off 60' coaching session or a multiple-session coaching journey. After having clarified overall objectives & desired outcome and established confidentiality & working agreements, we will in each coaching session:
- Set session goal(s)
- Coaching on goal(s)
- Recognize increased awareness
- Set accountability & note next steps

Coaching sessions happen during the day and in the evenings. If you can commit to coaching sessions in the weekend, then I will commit to being available as well! You are free to choose the medium that fits you such as remote video or audio calls, or the classic (outdoors) face-to-face.

Training & Qualifications
I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC0 and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), attained at iPEC Coaching (ICF-accredited coaching school)
