About Buse

Hello! My name is Buse and I have been working as a Pilates instructor for over 9 years.
My passion is helping people feel stronger, move better and improve their posture through Pilates. I have experience working with people of different fitness levels, from complete beginners to more experienced students.
Many of my students work long hours at a desk and experience back, neck or shoulder tension. My classes focus on improving posture, building core strength and increasing flexibility in a safe and effective way.I also have experience teaching prenatal and postnatal Pilates, helping women stay active during pregnancy and safely rebuild strength after childbirth. My sessions focus on gentle strengthening, breathing and supporting the body through these important stages.
I believe Pilates should be accessible, enjoyable and adapted to each person’s needs. During our sessions I focus on proper technique, controlled movement and helping you build a strong and balanced body.
My online classes are personalized and designed to help you feel more confident in your body while improving strength, mobility and overall well-being.
