As a certified Pilates and corrective exercise instructor, I focus on personalized, alignment-based sessions that help students understand their bodies and move with confidence. My teaching method combines clear explanations, controlled movements, and rhythm-based flow inspired by ballet, which creates a unique and enjoyable learning experience.
A typical lesson includes a short warm-up, posture assessment, targeted exercises for mobility and strength, and a final stretching sequence for balance and relaxation.
My classes are designed for beginners to advanced students, as well as individuals dealing with posture issues, stiffness, or everyday pain.

I offer personalized Pilates and corrective exercise sessions designed to improve posture, flexibility, and overall body alignment. Classes are suitable for beginners to advanced students, as well as individuals dealing with stiffness, back, neck, or shoulder pain.
Sessions are conducted online, allowing students from all over the world to participate. I teach in English, and I also offer classes in Persian (Farsi) for Persian-speaking students worldwide.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s needs, with clear guidance, rhythm-based flow inspired by ballet, and exercises focused on alignment, strength, and mobility. I aim to create a supportive and professional environment where every student can feel confident and motivated.
