About Shreya
I am a certified physiotherapist and a Master’s Physiotherapy student with a strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation women’s health and holistic recovery. I believe in creating a comfortable supportive and motivating environment where clients feel heard and confident throughout their recovery journey. My goal is to help people move better reduce pain improve posture and regain strength through personalized evidence-based care and exercise therapy
