About Amelia
My name is Amelia, I’m from the DMV area on the East Coast. I started my fitness journey in high school when I started powerlifting, and my love for fitness blossomed from there. Over the years, I have gained experience in bodybuilding, general fitness, and powerlifting and am eager to share my knowledge! I spend my free time doing arts and crafts, bird watching, and finding different ways to stay active.
