My approach as a personal trainer is built around simplicity, consistency, and real-life results. I don’t believe in extreme plans or unrealistic routines. Instead, I focus on helping people build habits they can actually stick to while still seeing progress. I coach in a way that fits your lifestyle, not one that takes over it.

In a typical session, I start by checking in on how you’re feeling physically and mentally, then guide you through a structured workout based on your goals. I demonstrate proper form, explain why we’re doing each movement, and adjust things in real time so you feel confident and safe. I also make sure you understand how to train on your own, not just when you’re with me.

What sets me apart is that I’ve personally lost over 70 pounds, so I understand the process from both a coaching and personal perspective. I know what it’s like to struggle with consistency, motivation, and setbacks. Because of that, I focus heavily on accountability, support, and keeping things realistic. I’m not just here for workouts — I help with nutrition guidance, grocery decisions, and staying on track day to day.

My coaching is for beginners and anyone looking to lose fat, build muscle, and feel more confident. I work especially well with people who feel overwhelmed, have tried programs that didn’t stick, or need someone in their corner to guide them step by step.
