About Gianluca
My journey into fitness started from a place of frustration, but it turned into my greatest passion.
After losing a significant amount of weight through calisthenics and transitioning into Weight
Training, I realised that the gym is where we discover how strong we truly are, inside and out.
Today, as a PT Academy qualified trainer, I combine my personal experience with professional knowledge to help you drop weight, build functional strength, and fall in love with the process. If I did it, you can too. Let's make it happen.
