I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a Strength and Conditioning certification, CPR/First Aid training, and over 8 years of personal fitness experience, including boxing and kickboxing. I focus on safe technique, strength, mobility, posture, and confidence. My goal is to support each student with patience, motivation, and personalized guidance.
