About Arisha
Hi, I’m Arisha! I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Glute Specialist.
After doing karate as a teen, I stepped into the gym more than 15 years ago and never looked back. I’m passionate about strength training and helping women feel more confident lifting weights.

My approach is simple: I want every woman, regardless of her fitness level or experience, to feel strong, capable, and confident in the gym.
I focus on building strength and muscle, developing strong glutes, improving movement, and achieving body recomposition through structured, progressive training. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach, so I tailor training to each woman's goals, body, abilities, and starting point.
