About Yash

I am a medical student. I want to teach people because I feel that education has become too monotonous!
Remember, education is not the accumulation of facts but the training of the mind to think.
Let’s learn in a conceptual and integrative way!

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is all about asking questions, developing a systematic thought process in order to navigate problems and search for solutions. To learn to look at concepts from various angles and broaden your perspective.

Perfect! Yash starts the course from basics and the course flows in a logical way forward. By the end of it I understand food and nutrition better, along with what works for me. I think everyone needs a nutrition class. It's an investment into one's health and Yash is a great teacher. Would 100 percent recommend.
