About Christina
Hi, I'm Stina, originally from Malta and passionate about helping people build confidence, trust themselves, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Having lived in four different countries, I've always been fascinated by personal growth, mindset, and what drives human behaviour. Over the years, I've invested heavily in my own development while helping others strengthen their confidence, improve decision-making, build healthier boundaries, and create more consistency in their lives.
I am a certified NLP Master Practitioner and believe that personal growth doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes the biggest changes come from learning how to trust yourself, think more clearly, and take action with confidence.
My goal is to create a supportive and practical environment where people can develop skills that have a real impact on their everyday lives.

My lessons are practical, conversational, and tailored to the individual.
I teach personal development tools that help adults build confidence, strengthen self-trust, make clearer decisions, set better boundaries, raise their personal standards, and follow through with more consistency.
A typical lesson is 60 minutes and focuses on real-life situations rather than theory alone. We look at what you want to improve, what is currently getting in your way, and the practical steps that will help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
My approach combines years of coaching experience, NLP training, and mindset-based tools, while keeping the session grounded and easy to apply.
As a certified NLP Master Practitioner, I have worked with people from different backgrounds on confidence, habits, self-awareness, behavioural change, decision-making, boundaries, consistency, and personal growth.
These lessons are suitable for adults who want practical support with personal development and are ready to take clearer action in everyday life.
