My Approach as a Meditation Tutor

As a certified meditation professor, my approach is both structured and deeply personalized. I believe that meditation is not a one-size-fits-all practice — it must be adapted to each person’s rhythm, background, and inner needs.

My Teaching Method & Techniques
I combine traditional mindfulness techniques with modern neuroscience-backed practices to help students experience real, measurable inner calm. I use guided meditations, breathwork, visualization, body scans, sound therapy, and gentle movement when necessary. I also integrate simple journaling or reflection prompts to help students connect more deeply with their progress.

A Typical Lesson Plan
Each session is typically structured as follows:

Check-in & intention setting (5-10 min)
We discuss how you’re feeling and set an intention for the session.

Guided practice (20-25 min)
Depending on your level, I guide you through a tailored meditation.

Integration & feedback (10-15 min)
We talk about what came up during the session and how to apply it in daily life.

Home practice suggestions & resources
