I am a retired certified math teacher. I have a Master’s Degree in Secondary Math Education from UAB. I have taught all levels of middle and high school math courses plus college Algebra and Pre-Cal at the junior college level. I love helping students learn math!

My teaching approach is helping students learn math in a very positive atmosphere. Students are made to feel comfortable asking questions in order to learn concepts. I present material in an easy way for students to understand providing numerous examples. I then help students learn to become independent and solve problems on their own after practice.
