About Qahera

I am Qahera a Confidence Coach from Mumbai. I am currently serving as the Vice President of Public Relations of my Toastmasters club & I have completed my MBA in HR. I used to be someone who let my physical disability, being bullied as a child and other experiences make me stop loving, appreciating & respecting myself because of which ... 1. I tried to please everyone 2. Often felt 3. Anxiety was my constant companion 4. I was low on confidence, 5. I hid from the world However, due to a powerful coaching system, I was able to take control of my life by building my relationship with myself. I began standing up for myself, doing things out of my comfort zone like putting up videos on social media, communicating with people on a call, and walking whilst looking straight. My life has seriously shifted 180 degrees. After going through the system I wanted to share it with others that's why I decided to become a coach so I could make a difference in people's lives. So now I'm using the same system of personal mastery to change others' lives like mine changed and bring smiles to people's faces as they experience a new level of confidence & create a fulfilled life for themselves.

About the lesson

I use a 5 step time-tested system that consists of a combination of powerful tools & discussions to create great shifts in you & your life. Process: 1. Discover "Who you are" 2. Drop the Baggage of the Past 3. Make outcomes & achieve them 4. Get rid of energy drainers & welcome energizers 5. Create a Success Blueprint for yourself As you consistently with full commitment go through the process you will feel a new sense of strength and experience great shifts in your life. If at any point during the process I feel that you need a push I will give it to you. This course is for anybody above the age of 18 who is willing to work on themselves in order to experience great personal development & create a more fulfilled life.
