Welcome! I am a 4th Dan Black Belt in Karate and a professional instructor in Taekwondo, Yoga, and Fitness. My online classes are tailored for kids, adults, and all fitness levels. I focus on step-by-step techniques, practical self-defense, strength building, weight management, flexibility, and endurance through interactive and well-structured live sessions.
