About Shaily

Experienced Indian Classical & Bollywood Vocal Coach | Certified Prabhakar & Visharad (8 Years Diploma)

With over 8 years of experience (including 4 years of online teaching), I specialize in performance-oriented vocal training in Indian Classical and Bollywood music. I am a certified Prabhakar and Visharad diploma holder and also prepare students for PRSSV grade examinations.
I teach students aged 6 to 65, offering personalized lessons tailored to individual learning goals—whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your vocal skills.

Perfect! Shaily is a very good singer and excellent teacher. She’s patient, and helps me to understand the Hindi music structure. My interest is also in learning Panjabi songs. I was most impressed that although she is not a Panjabi speaker, she was willing to learn the songs to teach me.
After each lesson, Shaily sends me the music files and lyrics so I can listen back, and continue practicing my singing. I would recommend Shaily as a music teacher to others who have an interest in Indian music.

Harvinder is a beginner but she sings from her heart. She has never got any exposure of Indian classical music in the past so it will take a few sessions to see any major change in her singing but the good thing i observed that she is picking up the lesson fast. Best wishes to her.

She has a good voice quality and the range of her voice is good too. She is good at repeating the sounds/notes sung by me. By nature she is shy and hence there is a lack of confidence (sometimes) in singing. By doing vocal exercises regularly I am sure she will see changes in her voice and confidence level.

Aisha has the potential to learn music. She was able to follow the sounds exactly, when I was asking her to sing. However we will have to work on the pitch identification. She has a good range in her voice. Was easily singing higher and lower notes with guidance. Singing notes independently will take 2, 3 sessions.
