About Elisabetta
I have been a certified yoga teacher for over a year. My yoga is aimed at relaxation. It takes particular account of the synchrony between conscious breathing, made optimal and complete by specific work on the diaphragm, and movement, which, taking place gradually and over several times, is capable of stimulating the nerve centers responsible for inducing a deep state of relaxation and mental balance.

This type of yoga can be practiced by seniors and children, of all ages and builds regardless of their level of flexibility.
