My love for fitness maybe same like for a foodie it could be pizza or roll or chaat & my passion towards fitness are 2 major ones which drove me crazy into this fitness world.
My curiosity towards everything related to health,fitness& nutrition to know more and learn new facts or study about them daily makes me more interested, but self-motivated
as it fills me with enthusiasm.
For the crazy or fun fact my day begins with fitness & ends with it too.

My teaching techniques would be quite different from others as i focus on practical and logical skills & applied knowledge including theoritical approach.
Starting from the basic level to the advanced according to your comfort zone will be taught whether your field is completely different or you are a fitness enthusiast.
My class interaction will be in a very easy and interesting environment.
It will not be like a regular class we would enjoy and have fun in learning new things about our body
systems, movements, muscles and much more
