Hi, I’m Abhishek Roy, a certified fitness coach with 8 years of experience helping people transform their physique, strength, confidence, and overall lifestyle through personalized coaching.
I specialize in fat loss, muscle gain, strength training, PCOD/PCOS management through fitness, postpartum fitness, and injury rehab-focused training. My goal is to make fitness sustainable, practical, and achievable for every individual, regardless of their starting point.
I strictly provide personalized 1-on-1 coaching, both online and offline, so every client receives focused attention, proper exercise guidance, accountability, and customized training according to their goals, lifestyle, and fitness level.
My coaching philosophy is centered around long-term results rather than quick fixes. I believe in educating clients about training, nutrition, recovery, and healthy habits so they can build a stronger and healthier lifestyle with confidence.

I strictly conduct personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions, both virtually and offline, ensuring every client receives individual attention, proper guidance, and customized programming based on their goals and fitness levels.
My classes are structured according to individual lifestyle, fitness level, and health considerations like PCOS, postpartum recovery, or injury rehab. Sessions usually include warm-up, strength training, conditioning, mobility work, and technique correction to ensure safe and effective progress.
I believe in educating clients alongside training them, so I explain the purpose behind exercises, nutrition habits, recovery, and consistency. My coaching style focuses on accountability, motivation, and creating realistic plans that clients can sustain long term.
Classes are intended for beginners to intermediate individuals, busy professionals, men and women looking for fat loss or muscle gain, postpartum women returning to fitness, and people restarting fitness after injuries or long breaks.
