I have over 16 years of experience in martial arts and fitness, with a background in Karate, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and amateur MMA. I hold a degree in Physical Education and certifications in Fitness and Nutrition from FAE. I specialize in functional training and bodybuilding, helping students improve strength, mobility, and overall performance.
