About Yasmin
I am an Exercise Scientist with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. I have 5 years experience teaching from ages 3-80 years. I have taught individuals as well as group classes for all age groups. Fitness is my passion and I love sharing my knowledge with people who have the same interests.

I approach each topic by explaining and demonstrating the basic fundamentals of exercise science. Simplifying the science behind exercise makes it easier for clients to understand and enjoy the fitness lifestyle. By teaching the basics it helps new students become more aware of exercise effect on the body.
