About Lizaan
I am a native English speaker from South Africa. I have been working as a certified ESL teacher for 2 years. I was in Vietnam for one year, where I taught students of all age groups at schools and language centers. I also gained experience with online teaching and as a private tutor and Au Pair for primary school children in my hometown. I love learning about other cultures and their languages. I have a very optimistic approach to life and I am constantly looking for new challenges and adventures to take on.

My teaching methodology is interactive and demonstrative, by using TPR (Total Physical response) and CCQ's (Concept Checking Questions). I focus on activity-based learning, encouraging students to practice pronunciation and communication - in order to sound more fluently and native-like.
