About Laxmi Venkata Sai

I am very supportive and understanding towards students. Reassuring them can help build their confidence, reduce anxiety, and promote a positive learning environment. Here are some ways that I can reassure students: Acknowledge students' concerns and challenges, and let them know that I understand what they're going through. Validate their emotions and provide a safe space for them to express their feelings. Each student has their own pace of learning. I am patient and encourage them to progress at their own speed. Avoid rushing or pressuring them, as it can create unnecessary stress and anxiety. Provide positive feedback: Recognize and highlight students' strengths and achievements. Offer specific praise for their efforts and progress, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. This can boost their confidence and motivation to continue learning.

About the lesson

I'm the one who makes the subject easy and understandable for all the basic students who do not even have basic knowledge of the subject.
I will have continuous exercises which makes students to involve in class and makes them my class enjoyable.
My unique ability is to write the concept and make students understand. For example,, I will not explain the topic just by reading and the topic and giving some examples, I will include all the practical examples which include the topic itself in my example.
I Teach accounting to bachelors and masters.
