With over 1000 hours of teaching experience across different demographics and levels I have the ability to relate and understand different people’s needs. If you are a busy professional and have no time to attend group classes but would still like to learn yoga I would love to help you with your journey.

About the lesson

I hope to guide students as they open to a feeling of inner peace amid the relative intensity of the Asana practice, helping them to stay calm and soft while strong and stable. During our classes you will learn the basis of yogic breathing as well as postures and sequences to help you connect to your body and live a happier, healthier like.
