About Roberto
I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher. Particular interest of my studies and practice are addressed to the immense therapeutic potential of breathing (physical and psychic) and to the neurology linked to the practice of yoga and meditation. I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and the first teacher certification I obtained in 2014.

I believe that yoga basically divides into practicing yoga and gymnastics that uses yoga positions. Yoga is not a school for acrobats, but a practice that can and should be accessible to anyone, as it is able to raise one's awareness and consequently the quality of life. In short, a real therapeutic practice and prevention for various discomforts. For what concerns me practical, I teach and try to spread Yoga.
