About Gaetano

Hi I am an Italian personal trainer and I live in Paris, where I work. I will follow both in person and online, although I generally offer online coaching. I will give those who will be followed by me the opportunity to reach their aesthetic and strength goals with PERSONALIZED workouts according to their needs, possibilities and equipment. Mainly home work out and park workouts (street workout and calisthenics). I am a certified Pt and have +10 years of experience and training. Contact me to find out the packages I can offer you. About the lesson

My approach is based on a free body workout, without the use of weights or various machines, then if you have them we will find a way to integrate them;). The online lessons last approximately one hour, and cost 15 euros. The cost of the card and the help to follow a food plan is 50 euros. Also included is my Technical assistance and support via Whatsapp h 24 in case of doubts or evaluation of the various exercises.
