About Vivien

A former student in MPSI/MP preparatory classes, I joined CentraleSupélec from which I graduated with a specialization in Applied Mathematics. I then pursued thesis studies in Statistics at the University of Paris, and continued research in mathematics as a post-doctoral fellow at Mines de Paris.
I have a long experience of private lessons, which I gave at different levels for 6 years. My pedagogy has allowed my students to integrate a preparatory class, a post-baccalaureate engineering school or even to pass the PACES.

About the lesson

I have followed many students from second level to Bac+1 with quick and concrete results.
I identify the student's difficulties during a first free lesson. The typical session begins with the verification of the achievements of the week, where I intervene to explain any problems of understanding.
I then guide the student in the resolution of exercises which allows both to assimilate the course and to cement his understanding.
The student is active from the beginning to the end of the session: the objective is to bring him not only to understand the lesson, but also to work effectively. It is, in my experience, what allows a rapid improvement of the student's results.
