About Rossy
If you can't find me in my own kitchen then I'm working at a 4 star hotel. I was born in the Caribbean and learned about all the delicious dishes. My specialization is in Caribbean plant-based food (that is not TOO far from what you are used to). With my passion for cooking but also practical experience, I can help you prepare delicious plant-based Caribbean food and also teach you some basic cooking techniques.
After our lesson you can have new recipes that's easy to include in your everyday life.
