About Andrew

UK based and former Bloomberg LP senior leader with 20 years of experience across product strategy, financial technology, education, commercial leadership, and global team management. I have led large international teams, built new departments, developed professional learning programmes, and worked with executives, specialists, and early-career professionals across London, New York, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other global markets.

As a coach, I focus on practical career and leadership development. I can help with career planning, interview preparation, CV positioning, confidence, communication, leadership style, stakeholder management, and decision-making. My approach is calm, structured, and action-oriented.
