About Rebecca
Hello! I'm so excited to meet you. My name is Becca and I work on a cardiac step down unit. Over the last 6 years I have become a preceptor, relief supervisor, swat/resource nurse, and am very involved in our new grad training and education. The thing I see new grad nurses struggle with the most is fully understanding what is going on with their patients and the rationale behind what we do. I emphasize critical thinking in all of my teaching so that you know more than definitions and can get through any scenario. Let me help you navigate the chaos and stress of tests, NCLEX, and finding your first job.
