I formulate lesson plans based on a learner's needs and his level of proficiency in English. As someone who is empathetic to the plight of the learners, I tend be open to criticism and answer doubts posed by the learners in a patient manner. I believe in using real-life examples to make lessons lively and language realted concepts comprehensible to learners. Such a usage of real-life examples makes learning much easier for those who did not have the privilege of attending English medium schools.
