About Marianne
Hello :) I am certified from the University of Montreal in international cooperation and I have volunteer experience in Chile. I speak three languages, and my mother tongue is French. I worked in urban agriculture in Santiago in a basic school. I worked to give workshops to children about the importance of caring for the environment and having a healthy diet. My experience also includes urban gardens and different formations with groups of adults on how to take care of plants in a small space. Informally, I give yoga fitness and relaxation workshops for small groups. I taught in private classes French, English and visual arts.

My teaching method is that people learn while having fun. The important thing for me is that the participants retain and understand the information in a relaxed environment. Ex: In a private yoga class (1 hour) we begin to give an intention to practice. I invite adult participants to reflect on their life and ask think about their actions before entering a yoga flow. We finish the practice with a relaxing position for 10 minutes. Ex2: In a private class for children (1 hour) we begin to learn to breathe, because breathing is very important to relax and understand your body. Afterwards, we begin to move fluently, follows the yoga flow and relaxation for 5 minutes.
